What size should I order?

Please follow the sizing chart on the product listing to assist with your decision. If the option you choose is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Can I return my items?

Designs by P&B L.L.C. has a strict no return policy. This is due to the custom nature of each order.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests MUST be received within 48 hours of the order being placed to receive a full refund. After 48 hours, only a 50% refund will be offered. Click here to contact us.

When will my order arrive?

When you submit an order, a separate order is placed to gather materials needed to complete your order. Designs by P&B L.L.C. strives to ship out all orders within a 2 week window after an order is placed. If an unexpected issue occurs, an email will be sent detailing the problem and a new expected shipping date will be provided. Please keep in mind that once the package is in the hands of the shipping company, we cannot control the length of time it takes to be delivered.
